Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order at lockierlabel.com, you agree to the terms on this page. Lockier Label is operated by Lockier Label ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader registered in South Australia, Australia.

1. The product

Lockier Label tees are printed on demand through our partner The Print Bar in Brisbane, Australia. Each item is unique to your order. Production takes 8–10 business days before shipping, plus shipping time per your region (see Shipping page). Subtle batch variation in colour and placement may occur — that's the texture of small-batch digital print, not a defect.

2. Pricing & GST

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), including Australian GST where applicable. International orders may incur local duties on arrival; we declare at fair market value and do not collect those duties at checkout.

3. Shipping conditions, by region

Shipping is in addition to the printed tee price:

For Australian orders that include Express, production time is the same; express replaces AU-Post standard with AU-Post Express only. NZ and CA use AU-Post International standard — their transit times include Australian export processing.

Tracking is included on every order and is sent via email when production handoff completes.

4. Returns

30-day returns on unworn items in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping unless we made a mistake. See the full Returns & FAQ page for detail.

5. Damaged or defective prints

Send a photo within 7 days of arrival. We reprint and ship a fresh one free of charge. The Print Bar covers printing defects for the life of the print, but the natural wear-and-tear of a beloved tee is excluded.

6. Exchanges

First-time size exchange is free — you pay return shipping; we cover shipping the new size. After that, plain returns apply.

We do our best to ship quality products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or indirect losses.
