Lockier Label ("we", "us", "our") operates lockierlabel.com and the Lockier Label Shopify storefront. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Order data: name, shipping address, email, items purchased.
• Account data (if you create one): email + password hash.
• Analytics: anonymised, aggregated traffic data via Shopify.

How we use it

• To fulfil orders through our print-on-demand partners (Printify, The Print Bar).
• To send you transactional emails — order confirmation, shipping notification, delivery.
• To improve the store (aggregated analytics only).

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@lockierlabel.com. We respond within 7 days.

Cookies

Shopify's required cookies for cart + checkout. Optional analytics cookies via Shopify. You can opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

International transfers

Order data is shared with our AU print partner (The Print Bar, Brisbane) and Shopify's payment processors. Some processing may occur outside Australia under the standard Shopify DPA.
