Where our tees come from & how they get to you.

The print partner (where supply kicks off)

Every Lockier Label tee is printed to order at our partner's AU-on-shore facility:

NZ and Canada don't have Lockier Label print partners yet — where possible (i.e. when we scale), we'll add a local production lane for each market. For now, NZ and Canadian orders are printed in Brisbane then shipped internationally. We're transparent about this because it makes a small dent on lead times for non-AU buyers.

AU: ~12–15 business days (8–10 days production + 5–7 days AU shipping)
NZ: ~20–25 business days (8–10 days production + 7–14 days international)
CA: ~20–25 business days (8–10 days production + 7–14 days international)

Tracking is included on every order and is sent via email when production handoff completes.

Customs and duties (international orders)

NZ and Canadian orders may incur local duties on arrival. Lockier Label does not collect overseas duties at checkout; buyers are responsible for any customs charges their country applies. We declare at fair market value.
